About the Workshop

This two-hour handmade pottery taster workshop introduces participants to hand building techniques using clay. The session provides a practical introduction to working with clay while guiding participants to create two ceramic pieces. Participants will design and create two carefully crafted ceramic pieces. These may include functional or decorative forms such as plates, bowls, vases, or small sculptural items, for example bird feeders. No prior experience is required.

• Firing of completed pieces. Pots are typically ready to collect 3-4 weeks after the course. Postage can be arranged.
