- All our ceramic items are handmade; therefore, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, size, or texture from images shown online. These variations are not considered faults or defects.
- We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
4. Orders and Payments
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is required at the time of order via our approved payment methods.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock,
- We cannot obtain authorisation for payment, or

5. Shipping and Delivery

- We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once the goods have been dispatched.
- Risk of loss and ownership of the goods passes to you once the items are delivered to your specified address.
6. Returns and Refunds

- You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

- You must return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
- We will issue a refund (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable, unless faulty.

7. Ceramics Courses and Workshops
- Course bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled course date will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment; if so, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
- Participants must follow all health and safety instructions. We are not liable for injuries or damage resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
