4. Orders and Payments

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once the goods have been dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We will issue a refund (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable, unless faulty.

7. Ceramics Courses and Workshops

  • Course bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled course date will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment; if so, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
  • Participants must follow all health and safety instructions. We are not liable for injuries or damage resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
